A challenge we understand
Five separate contracts.
Who brings the automation together?
When automation is split between ventilation, plumbing and heating, lighting, solar shading, security and monitoring, responsibility for coordination can fall between the trades.
Each system can meet its agreed requirements without the overall control delivering the best results for comfort, energy consumption and operating costs.
GH Connect has extensive experience with these interfaces. We help bring functional requirements together, clarify responsibilities and plan how the integrated solution will be tested.
From concept to operation
We bring it all together.
A building performs best when its systems work together. We help clarify the whole picture and turn needs into solutions that work in everyday use.

People and comfort in the everyday working environment
From plant rooms to room automation
The people in the room are the measure of success.
Building management systems traditionally focused on controlling heating, cooling and ventilation in plant rooms. In modern buildings, automation within the spaces people use plays a much greater role.
Temperature, ventilation, lighting and solar shading controls must work together. People also have different needs and should be able to adjust their surroundings in a simple, intuitive way.
If people do not feel comfortable in the room, the technology has not achieved its purpose.
